No goods will be returned without prior approval; either from your salesman, or the sales person who invoiced your order.
All paperwork, such as invoice copies and returned goods receipts must accompany returned goods.
Any merchandise returned may carry up to a 15% restocking fee.
Price tags must be removed from all returned goods. An additional 5% fee may be charged on goods returned with price tags still attached.
All returned goods will be sent prepaid. If goods are picked up by Sports Service trucks a pick up fee may be charged.
